Ashley is the Financial Officer and Account manager at The Small Social. She is a pro at keeping our accounts in order, and maintaining positive client relationships through her thorough and professional account management. Ashley stays organized through a combination of her phone calendar and Asana. Having all of her tasks in Asana and setting deadlines allows her to track progress and have a reminder to get everything completed.
During the workday, Ashley is drinking Americanos, water, and tea. Sometimes she’ll even treat herself to a latte or macchiato from her incredible coffee maker. With a diverse taste in music, Ashley usually has something playing in the background, whether that’s Cardi B or JLo, and even Luke Combs.

Cat fell in love with the marketing side of things and the rest is history. Cat is a wizard, and while she specializes in Google advertising, she does a little bit of everything, from creative design for social media to website.
Cat’s go-to drink during the workday is coffee. She starts with a regular coffee, switches to a latte and ends the day with decaf. She also makes sure to get her water intake in, because balance is important. If you know Cat, you know she’s Taylor Swift’s biggest fan. Cat is in her Taylor era, and that will probably never end.

Her experience has allowed her to become a practical, smart strategist who loves helping businesses grow and whose no-nonsense, candid, but respectful style wins the loyalty of every client.
During the workday, Jules’ go-to drink is a coffee (McDonald’s is her fav), though she rarely gets to enjoy it hot.
